TERMS & CONDITIONS

ஸ்மார்ட் பிளஸ் பிளான் 91 - விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள்

1. இத்திட்டம் குறைந்தபட்சம் 91 நாட்கள் (3 மாதங்கள்) கொண்டது. வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்கள் விருப்பத்திற்கேற்ப முன்தொகை
செலுத்தும் காலத்தை 10 மாதங்கள் வரை நீட்டித்து முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு பாதி சேதாரம் (50%) இல்லாமல் தங்க
நகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். (upto 15% VA)

• The program has a minimum duration of 91 days (3 months). Customers can prepay according to their choice Half the weight of gold booked without a loss (50%) by extending the payment period up to 10 months. You can get jewellery. (upto 15% VA)

2. முன்தொகையை ஒரு நாளில் (அ) ஒரு மாதத்தில் எத்தனை முறை வேண்டுமானாலும் எவ்வளவு தொகை வேண்டுமானாலும், ரூ. 500-ன்
மடங்குகளில் செலுத்தலாம்.

• A customer can pay any number of advance payments in a single day and multiples of Rs. 500 only.

3. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் அன்றைய மார்கெட் விலை (Board Rate) நிலவரப்படி தங்கமாகவே வரவு வைக்கப்படும்.

• Every advance amount will be credited in gold as per the market price (Board Rate) of the day.
  

4. இத்திட்டத்தில் 91 நாட்களுக்கு மேல் முன்தொகை செலுத்தும் பட்சத்தில், கடைசியாக முன்தொகை செலுத்திய நாளிலிருந்து 60நாட்கள் கழித்து நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு
செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு பாதி சேதாரம் (50%) இல்லாமல் தங்க நகைகளை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். (upto 15% VA) செய்கூலி உண்டு.

• In case of advance payment of more than 91 days in this plan, you can book after 60 days from the date of the last advance payment.

Gold jewellery can be purchased free of charge (50%) of the weight of the gold made. (up to 15% VA) However, making charges will be applicable.

5. ஒவ்வொரு முன்தொகையையும் நேரிலோ, அல்லது காசோலை(Cheque),வரைவோலை (Demand Draft) (அ) KJS
Jewellers Mobile Application மற்றும் www.kjsjewellers.com என்ற இணையதளம் மூலமாகவும் செலுத்தலாம்.

• The advance amount can be paid in the form of cash, cheque, DD, KJS Jewellers app, or can be transferred online through our website, www.kjsjewellers.com. (A door-to-door collection service is not available.)

6. தங்களிடம் உள்ள பழைய நகைகளையும் 916 தங்கமாக கணக்கிட்டு முன்வரவாக செலுத்தலாம்.

• The customer can also convert their old gold jewellery into 916 gold and pay in advance.

7. முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு மேல் வாங்கும் கூடுதல் தங்க நகைகளின் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும்
சேதாரம் உண்டு.

• Full wastage and making charges will be applicable for the additional weight purchased beyond the reserved weight.

8. இத்திட்டத்தை முதிர்வுத் தேதிக்கு முன்னதாக முடித்துக்கொள்ளும் பட்சத்தில் எவ்வித திட்ட பலன்களும் பெற
இயலாது. முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு முழுமையான சேதாரம் கொடுத்து தங்கநகைகளை
பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

• For any reason, if the purchase is planned before the 150th day, customers cannot avail of any benefits of the plan. 

9. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நீங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு பாதி சேதாரம் (50%) இல்லாமல் தங்கநாணயமாகவும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.

• At the time of maturity, the customer can avail of the gold ornaments or gold coins at a 50% (Half wastage) discount on the wastage for the reserved weight.
  

10. எக்காரணத்தை கொண்டும் பணம் திருப்பி தரப்படமாட்டாது. தங்க நாணயம் அல்லது தங்க நகைகளை மட்டுமே
பெறமுடியும்.

• At any point in time, cash will not be refunded.

11. இத்திட்டத்தில் இணையும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு தாங்கள் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடைக்கு பாதி சேதாரம் (50%)
இல்லாமல் தங்க நகைகள் பெற்று பலன் அடையலாம் (upto 15% VA). சில அரியவகை மற்றும் குறிப்பிட்ட புராதன நகைகள்,
நகாஸ் வேலைபாடு உள்ள நகைகளுக்கு மட்டும் மீதமுள்ள VA கட்டாயம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
precious and semi precious,Zircon மற்றும் Signity போன்ற கற்களுக்கு விலை உண்டு.
உதாரணம்: நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் VA 15% இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை (Reserved Weight)
16 கிராம் எனில், நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க நகையின் எடை 20 கிராம் எனில், முன்பதிவு செய்த தங்கத்தின் எடை 16 கிராமிற்கு பாதி சேதாரம் (50%)
இல்லாமலும் கூடுதலாக வாங்கிய 4 கிராம் எடைக்கு முழு செய்கூலி மற்றும் சேதாரம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
(15% VAக்கு மேற்பட்ட தங்க நகைகளுக்கு மீதமுள்ள சேதாரம் முழு எடைக்கும் செலுத்த வேண்டும்)

• If the wastage is beyond 15% on some specific jewellery (e.g., traditional, precious, ethnic, antique), the difference in wastage will be collected and stone charges will be applicable. Precious, semi-precious, zircon, and  signity stones will be charged. (For the jewellery above 15% VA, the difference between wastage and making charges must be paid for the full weight.)

12. இத்திட்டத்தை எக்காரணத்தைக் கொண்டும் வேறு திட்டத்துடன் இணைத்து நகை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது.

• Under any circumstances, this plan cannot be merged with any other existing plan for jewellery purchases.

13. இத்திட்டத்தில் வாங்கும் தங்க நகைகளுக்கு விற்பனை வரி (GST) கட்டாயம் உண்டு. ( மத்திய, மாநில விதிமுறைக்கு உட்பட்டது.)

• GST is mandatory on gold jewellery purchased under this scheme. (Subject to central and state regulations.)

14. இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நீங்கள் வாங்கும் தங்க எடையின் மதிப்பு ரூபாய் 2.00,000- மேல் இருக்குமேயானால், பான் கார்டு (PAN CARD)
நகல் கட்டாயம் தரவேண்டும்.

• A PAN card Xerox must be submitted at the time of purchase if that value exceeds Rs. 2,00,000 (as per government norms).

15. நடைமுறையில் உள்ள சிறப்பு தள்ளுபடி மற்றும் சலுகைகளை இத்திட்டத்தில் பெற இயலாது.

• Any ongoing discounts and offers cannot be claimed in this advance purchase plan.

16. சட்டதிட்டங்களை கூட்டவோ குறைக்கவோ (அ) மாற்றவோ நிர்வாகத்திற்கு சகல உரிமைகளும் உண்டு.

• Management has the right to amend the plan at any time without giving any prior notice. All rights reserved.

17. இந்த முன்பதிவு செய்யும் திட்டத்தின் அனைத்து சட்ட பிரச்சனைகளும் சேலம் மாவட்ட சட்ட எல்லைக்கு
உட்பட்டதாகும்.

• Any disputes regarding this plan will be subject to Salem district jurisdiction only.
